We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping in all U.S orders excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

Priority U.S shipping fee: $19.95

Rest of the world:

DHL International standard fee: $9.95

DHL International priority fee: $19.95

Domestic and international orders are scheduled to be processed within 2 business days if your payment is completed by 12PM PST/2:00PM CST/ 3:00PM EST.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or any major U.S holidays, will ship on the following business day.

All orders takes up to 2 business days to ship out.

Once shipped, delivery within:

USA: 2-6 Business Days

REST OF THE WORLD: 6 - 10 business days.

Do you want to cancel your order or change your address?

Once you place your order you have up to 60 minutes to request a address change or order cancelation, in case that you have missed that timeframe you need to contact us support@carynex.com asking for a return label.

What happens in case that the package arrives damaged?

Just contact us support@carynex.com letting us know what happened and we will send you a replacement with no cost or provide you a full refund.
